Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and deploy AI-enabled applications using low-code/no-code platforms.
- Develop and maintain web-based application components and user interfaces using modern front-end and back-end frameworks.
- Build interfaces that expose generative AI and natural language processing capabilities to business and operational teams.
- Integrate AI model outputs into business workflows and existing operational platforms.
- Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to deploy AI solutions into production.
- Develop Python and SQL logic for automation, orchestration, and system integration.
- Conduct performance testing, troubleshoot application issues, and support deployment and incident management.
- Ensure solutions meet usability, accessibility, compliance, and performance standards.
- Partner with IT, analytics, and business teams to support application adoption and deployment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of education.
- Three years of application development experience using object-oriented programming concepts or platform-based development.
- One year of experience developing applications with modern web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Node.js, or equivalent frameworks is preferred.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for application development, AI integration, and automation.
- Proficiency with low-code/no-code platforms such as Databricks Apps and Microsoft Power Apps/Copilot Studio or similar technologies.
- Working knowledge of React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python UI frameworks such as Streamlit, Flask, FastAPI, or Django.
- Understanding of generative AI and natural language processing technologies.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices, accessibility standards, and service-based or multi-tier architectures is preferred.
- Familiarity with software development life cycle practices, CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, troubleshooting, and test-driven development environments.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, self-direction, innovation, adaptability, and attention-to-detail skills.
