Responsibilities

  • Build AI agents, automations, prompt-based features, retrieval workflows, and integrations against defined specifications.
  • Create and run evaluation test cases, expand coverage, and report on AI workload performance.
  • Curate knowledge bases, content, and data used to ground AI agents, including preparing and transforming data.
  • Monitor live AI workloads, investigate failures, resolve issues within scope, and escalate with technical diagnoses.
  • Build and maintain integrations with Revenue Operations systems using APIs and workflow orchestration tools.
  • Support production readiness through technical documentation, security and access reviews, release notes, and rollback plans.
  • Maintain reusable technical documentation and contribute to the AI orchestration platform under senior technical direction.
  • Communicate AI workload behavior and limitations to non-technical stakeholders and use feedback to improve quality and reliability.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building with large language model APIs, including prompt engineering and retrieval or knowledge-base systems; self-directed and personal projects are accepted.
  • Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript sufficient to read, modify, and extend an existing codebase.
  • Practical experience integrating with APIs, including authentication and failure handling.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures.
  • Excellent written English communication, especially for documenting technical findings for mixed audiences.
  • Legal eligibility for authorized employment within the Philippines region and fluency in verbal and written English.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Salesforce, HubSpot, software testing, AI evaluation, technical support, incident diagnosis, knowledge management, cloud infrastructure, AWS, conversational or voice AI, or EdTech.
  • Degree-level education in a technical discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience; portfolios of self-taught built work are encouraged.
