AI Specialist Revenue Operations (India Remote)

Responsibilities
- Build AI agents, automations, prompt-based features, retrieval workflows, and integrations against defined specifications.
- Create and run evaluation test cases, expand coverage, and report on AI workload performance.
- Curate knowledge bases, content, and data used to ground AI agents, including preparing and transforming data.
- Monitor live AI workloads, investigate failures, resolve issues within scope, and escalate with technical diagnoses.
- Build and maintain integrations with Revenue Operations systems using APIs and workflow orchestration tools.
- Support production readiness through technical documentation, security and access reviews, release notes, and rollback plans.
- Maintain reusable technical documentation and contribute to the AI orchestration platform under senior technical direction.
- Communicate AI workload behavior and limitations to non-technical stakeholders and use feedback to improve quality and reliability.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience building with large language model APIs, including prompt engineering and retrieval or knowledge-base systems; self-directed and personal projects are accepted.
- Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript sufficient to read, modify, and extend an existing codebase.
- Practical experience integrating with APIs, including authentication and failure handling.
- Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures.
- Excellent written English communication, especially for documenting technical findings for mixed audiences.
- Legal eligibility for authorized employment within the Philippines region and fluency in verbal and written English.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Salesforce, HubSpot, software testing, AI evaluation, technical support, incident diagnosis, knowledge management, cloud infrastructure, AWS, conversational or voice AI, or EdTech.
- Degree-level education in a technical discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience; portfolios of self-taught built work are encouraged.
