Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to identify valuable AI use cases across company functions.
- Translate business needs into practical AI solution concepts.
- Design and build AI-powered solutions using LLMs, AI assistants, APIs, prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agents, and workflow automation.
- Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to connect solutions to trusted enterprise data.
- Use Azure Databricks capabilities to enable scalable AI solutions.
- Rapidly build prototypes and proof-of-concepts to validate business value, feasibility, and user experience.
- Support change management, stakeholder education, testing, and adoption of AI-enabled workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, AI engineering, data engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience in generative AI solution design, prompt engineering, and LLM application development.
- Experience working with Python, AI agents, workflow automation tools, and modern data platforms such as Azure Databricks.
- Ability to translate complex business processes into practical AI solutions and facilitate stakeholder conversations.
- Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus but not mandatory.
