Responsibilities
- Design and develop generative AI services and multi-agent systems for a global platform.
- Implement RAG, tool-calling, multi-step reasoning, and agent-orchestration solutions.
- Integrate and operate models through LLM gateways and APIs.
- Develop LLMOps capabilities for monitoring, observability, evaluation, governance, and model lifecycle management.
- Implement usage measurement, chargeback, inference-cost optimization, and billing/metering data pipelines.
- Apply MLOps, CI/CD, automated testing, deployment, rollback, monitoring, and incident-response practices.
- Build and maintain batch and streaming data pipelines supporting platform billing and metering.
- Collaborate with global Product, Engineering, Platform, Security, and Data teams.
Requirements
- Experience in software engineering and applied AI.
- Practical experience delivering GenAI projects in production environments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Advanced Python and experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of GenAI, agentic AI, multi-agent orchestration, tool calling, multi-step reasoning, RAG, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LiteLLM, or equivalent frameworks and LLM gateways.
- Knowledge of model API integration, observability, LLM application evaluation, latency and performance optimization, vector databases, and retrieval mechanisms.
- Knowledge of LLMOps, MLOps, experiment tracking, reproducibility, automated testing, and deployment and rollback of AI services.
- Knowledge of data engineering, batch and streaming pipelines, Spark, lakehouse architectures, and data orchestration.
- Preferred experience with Kafka, event streaming, Terraform, infrastructure as code, Databricks, Delta Lake, DLT, internal developer platforms, and globally distributed environments.
