Responsibilities

  • Build AI agents, automations, integrations, prompts, retrieval features, and knowledge-grounding capabilities against written specifications.
  • Author and run evaluation test cases, expand test coverage, and report on AI workload performance.
  • Curate knowledge bases, content, and data and prepare data for agent consumption.
  • Monitor live AI workloads, investigate and resolve failures within scope, and escalate issues with technical diagnoses.
  • Build and maintain Revenue Operations integrations through APIs and workflow orchestration tools, including authentication, error handling, and access control.
  • Support production readiness through technical documentation, security and access reviews, and release and rollback notes.
  • Contribute to the AI orchestration platform and document reusable implementation patterns.
  • Explain AI workload behavior and limitations to Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and other stakeholders.
  • Gather user feedback and use it to improve agent quality and reliability.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience building with large language model APIs, including prompt engineering and retrieval or knowledge-base systems; self-directed and personal projects are considered.
  • Working knowledge of Python or JavaScript sufficient to read, modify, and extend an existing codebase.
  • Practical experience integrating REST APIs, including authentication and failure handling.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures.
  • Excellent written communication for documenting technical findings to mixed audiences.
  • Legal eligibility for authorized employment in the Philippines and fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Technical degree-level education or equivalent demonstrable experience, with portfolios of self-taught work encouraged.
  • Preferred qualifications include experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, Salesforce, HubSpot, software testing, AI evaluation, technical support, knowledge management, cloud infrastructure, AWS, conversational or voice AI platforms, or the EdTech sector.
