Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, customize, and integrate Salesforce applications for business requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with or manage the team to execute work.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in Salesforce environments.
- Provide solutions for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project objectives.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of professional experience is required; the posting additionally specifies a minimum of 8 years in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Development is required.
- Experience customizing and integrating Salesforce applications for complex business requirements.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based software development and deployment practices.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
