Base Salary
$90k - $110k/yr
Responsibilities
- Identify root causes of technical issues.
- Respond to production issues.
- Configure programs and data flows between EnergyHub and partners.
- Build dashboards on top of the data warehouse.
- Implement technical solutions to mitigate known issues.
- Debug issues using logs, data, and code.
- Contribute bug-fix PRs to the codebase.
- Create and maintain Python scripts for data migrations and process improvements.
Requirements
- Ability to identify root causes from multiple information sources.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to improvement areas.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with code versioning tools like git.
- Familiarity with debugging tools like AWS Cloudwatch, Sentry, or Datadog.
- Experience working with 3rd Party APIs using Postman.
- Proficiency in a scripting language such as Python.
- Familiarity with Fullstack web development and the AWS ecosystem.
