Responsibilities
- Lead integration support and enterprise data architecture across Finance, FP&A, Procurement, HR, and Legal systems.
- Define data models, data lineage, integration patterns, and a unified enterprise data architecture across G&A applications.
- Design, build, and optimize secure API-based, webhook, microservice, SQL, and file-based integrations.
- Architect AI-driven automation workflows and evaluate AI productivity tools and Model Context Protocol servers.
- Implement field-level encryption, masking, access controls, and other protections for financial, workforce, and legal data.
- Coordinate with business systems analysts, functional teams, security, IT, and audit teams using RACI frameworks.
- Maintain architecture diagrams, configuration standards, SOPs, and compliance with internal controls, SOX, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Support prioritization, user-story refinement, testing, deployment, automation, data reliability, and system scalability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Architecture, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8+ years of experience in system integrations and backend development.
- Proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript or Python, OAuth, and web services.
- Hands-on experience integrating modern G&A systems, including Coupa, Workday, Lattice, Greenhouse, NetSuite, and Navan.
- Understanding of LLM application patterns, AI integration tools, and Model Context Protocol concepts.
- Knowledge of data security standards, encryption, access control models, and IT/SOX compliance frameworks.
- Familiarity with project governance frameworks and RACI matrices.
- Strong cross-functional communication skills and the ability to explain technical architecture to business partners.
