Responsibilities
- Design and deliver technology architectures for platforms, products, and engagements.
- Define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability requirements.
- Serve as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and provide solutions to challenges spanning multiple teams.
- Lead development and implementation of architectural standards and best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication and delivery of technology solutions.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- At least 12 years of experience in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
- Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD and strong knowledge of platform architecture principles for HRSD implementations.
- Experience designing scalable and high-performance solutions in complex technology environments.
- Ability to analyze and resolve architectural challenges while aligning solutions with business objectives.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools connecting ServiceNow HRSD with enterprise systems.
- 15 years of full-time education.
