Base Salary

$182k - $230k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations for prospects.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand prospect architecture and integration requirements.
  • Design and execute proof of value exercises to validate Laurel's value proposition.
  • Manage responses to technical components of RFPs and security questionnaires.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on information security and data protection.
  • Assess and document integration requirements with enterprise applications.
  • Articulate Laurel's technical advantages over competitors.
  • Conduct deep dive technical sessions explaining the platform's architecture.
  • Ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to implementation teams.
  • Maintain and improve demo environments reflecting current product capabilities.
  • Develop and deliver training for Account Executives on technical positioning.
  • Identify automation opportunities in pre-sales and implementation workflows.
  • Continuously work to reduce implementation timelines through better processes.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives throughout the sales cycle.
  • Communicate customer requirements and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Partner with implementation and customer success teams to ensure technical commitments are met.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting role in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures and integration patterns.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure concepts like VPCs and encryption.
  • Working knowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 and GDPR.
  • Experience scoping and supporting technical implementations with third-party systems.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language for scripting and automation.
  • Experience with data analytics and data engineering tools.
  • Experience with enterprise authentication and SAML SSO.
  • Experience selling or implementing software for professional services organizations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with practice management systems and time tracking workflows.
  • Proven track record of supporting complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Exceptional demonstration and presentation skills.
