Base Salary
$161k - $210k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship customer-facing features that enhance real estate investment workflows.
- Utilize AI tools like Claude Code and Cursor as integral parts of development.
- Take ownership of projects from design to production.
- Review code for correctness, security, and maintainability.
- Provide mentorship and feedback to junior engineers.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools in production.
- BS in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or 8+ years of industry experience.
- 4+ years of experience building web application back-ends using Ruby, Flask, Node, or similar.
- 4+ years of experience building web application front-ends using React, Angular, Vue, or similar.
- Demonstrated ability to own features end-to-end and deliver independently.
