Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI-powered workflows for loyalty program management.
- Build reliable LLM-powered systems with structured outputs and monitoring.
- Create and maintain quality metrics and tests for agent behavior.
- Integrate across frontend, backend, and AI orchestration layers.
- Transform loyalty data into personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver polished experiences.
- Champion maintainable code and strong testing practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software engineering experience with production systems.
- Hands-on experience in AI, LLM, or ML-powered products.
- Strong fundamentals in TypeScript/Node.js, Java, or Python.
- Experience with distributed systems, APIs, and production debugging.
- Comfort with AI safety patterns and PII-sensitive workflows.
- Ability to translate user needs into robust experiences.
- Strong ownership mentality for feature development and support.
- Experience in travel, loyalty programs, or fintech is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
