Base Salary
$180k - $280k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical partner to Account Executives on enterprise deals.
- Lead technical discovery, tailored demos, and solution design for property management companies.
- Map property management systems, ERPs, and third-party integrations to Bilt’s product and API surface.
- Own post-sale implementation and onboarding, including API and SFTP integration configuration through launch.
- Build the Solutions Engineering function, including playbooks, technical assets, integration documentation, and a knowledge base.
- Answer detailed integration questions from partner technical teams.
- Partner with Product and Engineering on integration work and product changes.
- Travel to partner sites for onboarding, working sessions, and relationship building.
- Complete RFPs, security reviews, and technical evaluations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architecture, ideally in a technical B2B SaaS environment.
- Extensive hands-on experience with API integrations, SFTP configurations, and tailored technical solutions.
- Experience owning implementation and onboarding through launch rather than handing off after the sale.
- Ability to conduct detailed technical conversations across unfamiliar third-party systems.
- Strong commercial instincts and ability to sell as well as support sales.
- Ability to support partners through complex technical rollouts.
- Willingness to travel up to 100%, primarily to partners in and around Dallas.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Based in Dallas, Texas.
- Preferred knowledge of Yardi, RealPage, Entrata, or MRI.
- Preferred experience in proptech, fintech, or payments.
- Preferred familiarity with SQL and at least one programming language, such as Python or Java.
- Preferred experience with data integration platforms and ETL processes.
- Preferred experience building a Solutions Engineering function or process from scratch.
