Responsibilities
- Design, code, configure, and enhance custom software solutions and applications.
- Assess and improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and resource utilization.
- Use performance monitoring and troubleshooting techniques to identify bottlenecks and perform root cause analysis.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and quality.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities and support timely delivery of project milestones.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in IT performance optimization.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Proficiency in IT performance optimization.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing and improving system performance and reliability.
- Experience with performance monitoring tools and techniques.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient software solutions that meet performance benchmarks.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and root cause analysis in complex software environments.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
