Base Salary
$111k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
- Use AI tooling to accelerate development and enhance platform features.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, customers, and stakeholders to refine requirements and align with product strategy.
- Write maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and deliver and document team- or group-level technical solutions.
- Develop and execute unit, integration, functional, and other automated tests.
- Debug complex systems and applications and collaborate with support teams to triage and resolve production issues.
- Participate in product discovery, establish KPIs and metrics, and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor and coach other engineers and communicate complex technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Preferred 4+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong computer science foundation including data structures, algorithms, object-oriented software design, and cloud-based distributed systems.
- Experience with modern programming languages and technologies such as Dart, React, TypeScript, Go, Java, and/or Kotlin.
- Expertise debugging complex systems or applications.
- Technical mentoring experience and the ability to coach junior engineers preferred.
- Experience in an agile development environment and service-oriented architecture preferred or a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, critical-thinking, adaptability, and continuous-learning skills.

- US base salary range is $111,000.00-$180,000.00, with a discretionary annual bonus, restricted stock units at hire, 401(k) matching, and comprehensive employee benefits.
