[BGSV/PJ-TE] Edge AI Engineer (ROS 2/Computer Vision/Sensor Fusion)

Responsibilities
- Own the architecture of systems combining AI, software, and physical devices.
- Make build, buy, and reuse decisions and assess vendors and platforms.
- Set up the team’s lab, toolchain, and simulation environment.
- Convert validated user problems into working pilots and measure their adoption.
- Integrate edge devices with enterprise applications and data, including identity, scheduling, visitor, and facility systems.
- Deliver systems within real-world security, safety, and quality constraints.
- Guide and review engineers and partner-team contributors.
- Define engineering practices and quality gates and document reusable components, know-how, and invention reports.
Requirements
- Own at least one feature or component end to end.
- Have solid C++ and/or Python skills on Linux.
- Have hands-on experience with at least one of ROS 2, computer vision, sensors, embedded Linux, or edge AI.
- Be fluent with AI coding tools.
- Be comfortable working with ambiguity and unpredictable hardware.
- Have good English and Vietnamese communication skills.
- Experience with simulation tools such as Isaac Sim, MuJoCo, or Gazebo is advantageous.
- Experience with NVIDIA Jetson or similar edge platforms is advantageous.
- Automotive or safety-critical experience, including ASPICE or ISO 26262, is advantageous.
- Patents, invention reports, or published reusable components are advantageous.
