Responsibilities
- Design and roll out CI/CD improvements and internal automation tooling running on ECS, Lambda, and EKS.
- Build secure, compliant, scalable, performant, and cost-efficient cloud platform building blocks and infrastructure practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify platform build and development requirements.
- Develop AI-based supporting tools and libraries.
- Mentor and enable development teams through education and reusable, unified building blocks that improve development speed, security, testing, and releases.
- Maintain internal development tooling, support migrations to new technologies, and stay current with platform engineering trends.
Requirements
- Multiple years of experience with AWS and infrastructure as code, mainly Terraform.
- Solid experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins or similar CI/CD tools.
- Good working knowledge of Python and at least one additional general-purpose programming language, preferably Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript/Node.js.
- Strong understanding of scalable system design, distributed systems, and cloud technologies.
- A relevant degree in computer science, engineering, or sciences, or work experience in a role that typically requires a university degree.
- Full professional proficiency in English and the ability to communicate concisely in an international environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective cross-functional teamwork.
