Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead improvements in application design and functionality.
- Configure and customize Salesforce applications for complex business requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce solutions with enterprise systems and platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in cloud-based software environments.
- Mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and best practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Ability to configure and customize Salesforce applications for complex business requirements.
- Experience integrating Salesforce solutions with enterprise systems and platforms.
- Familiarity with troubleshooting technical issues in cloud-based software environments.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with Salesforce OmniStudio Platform is preferred.
