Base Salary
$180k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own major parts of Maven’s marketplace storefront, course platform, recommendation systems, and data systems.
- Ship user-facing product features while contributing to data model design and system architecture.
- Take ownership of technical systems, end-to-end processes, and product roadmap decisions.
- Experiment with and use modern agentic coding tools.
- Communicate progress and ideas clearly in a cross-functional, high-ownership team environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience shipping real features to a real user base.
- Full-stack product engineering experience with strong attention to user-facing product details.
- Ability to think deeply about data model design and system architecture.
- High degree of agency and conscientiousness.
- Crisp and thoughtful communication skills.
