Responsibilities
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and consulting teams to deliver cloud transformation projects.
- Propose and develop cloud-based solutions tailored to client needs.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and resilient cloud infrastructures and solutions.
- Develop end-to-end cloud engineering solutions, Infrastructure-as-Code, integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and automation processes.
- Contribute to cloud landing zones, DevSecOps practices, and platform engineering initiatives.
- Apply and share best practices in cloud technology, DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, engineering methodologies, and consulting strategies.
- Research information and develop creative, efficient solutions for client challenges.
Requirements
- Bachelor's, master's, or diploma-level education in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline.
- Work experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure management, DevOps, or system architecture, including relevant project or thesis experience.
- Hands-on experience and certification in one or more major cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, with AWS or Google Cloud experience also valued.
- Practical experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, or ARM; CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab; and PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes or AKS, cloud networking, Entra ID, and cloud security fundamentals.
- Exposure to Microsoft's Cloud Adoption Framework and Well-Architected Framework is a plus.
- Interest in AI/GenAI on cloud, FinOps, or data platforms is welcome.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, listening, communication, proactive, and client-service skills.
- Fluency in English is required; German is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland and occasionally internationally.
