Base Salary
$126k - $179k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of test cases, test plans, test scripts, and test strategies based on requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Perform manual testing, test automation, quality assurance, regression testing, system testing, exploratory testing, black-box testing, white-box testing, risk-based testing, integration testing, performance testing, and security testing.
- Design and build automated test scripts and frameworks using Selenium, Playwright, Java, C#/.NET, SQL, Python, and related technologies.
- Develop component- and integration-level automation solutions, including AI-driven, machine-learning, data-driven, and agentic automation workflows.
- Conduct database, ETL, data-transformation, and data-integrity validation testing using SQL, Azure SQL, and SSIS.
- Analyze requirements, support release planning and estimation, evaluate test coverage and quality metrics, and improve testing standards and processes.
- Collaborate with architects, developers, business partners, and other stakeholders to understand application architecture, interfaces, and test environments.
- Use source-control and configuration-management tools such as Git to support test development and deployment.
- Identify defects, recommend design improvements, perform root-cause analysis, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Provide technical leadership by mentoring team members, reviewing test artifacts, and promoting testing best practices across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 60 months of experience with manual testing and test automation frameworks in Agile environments.
- At least 60 months of experience with SQL, ETL, and data validation for functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
- At least 60 months of experience with Selenium automation using different frameworks.
- At least 60 months of programming experience in Java or C#/.NET.
- At least 60 months of database and ETL testing experience, including validation of data transformations and data integrity.
- At least 60 months of experience with QA practices and methodologies, including black-box, white-box, risk-based, system, regression, and exploratory testing.
- Experience may be gained concurrently.
- Experience with Playwright, Python, Azure SQL, SSIS, JavaScript, Git, Databricks Genie, GitHub Copilot, Codex, machine learning, AI-assisted development, and agentic solution frameworks.
