Base Salary

$115k - $172k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and enhance Java/Spring automation testing frameworks for functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop new frameworks and tools for varied use cases.
  • Conduct process monitoring, product evaluation, audits, risk identification, and root-cause analysis.
  • Define, document, monitor, and improve standards and procedures across the software development lifecycle.
  • Track corrective actions, verify project work-product traceability, and gather and report quality metrics.
  • Mentor junior team members and communicate technology process changes to management.
  • Drive compliance with applicable laws, policies, controls, and risk-management requirements.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in Java/Spring development.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Java and the Spring framework.
  • Strong experience with Oracle DB and SQL.
  • Strong knowledge of branching, DevOps, and CI/CD.
  • In-depth analytical and technical knowledge, with experience across several systems development lifecycle phases.
  • Strong understanding of testing processes.
  • Selenium automation experience is preferred.
  • Bachelor's or university degree required; master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on assigned projects.

  • Base salary range of $114,720–$172,080, with potential discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
