Base Salary
$115k - $172k/yr
Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance Java/Spring automation testing frameworks for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Develop new frameworks and tools for varied use cases.
- Conduct process monitoring, product evaluation, audits, risk identification, and root-cause analysis.
- Define, document, monitor, and improve standards and procedures across the software development lifecycle.
- Track corrective actions, verify project work-product traceability, and gather and report quality metrics.
- Mentor junior team members and communicate technology process changes to management.
- Drive compliance with applicable laws, policies, controls, and risk-management requirements.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in Java/Spring development.
- Strong knowledge and experience with Java and the Spring framework.
- Strong experience with Oracle DB and SQL.
- Strong knowledge of branching, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- In-depth analytical and technical knowledge, with experience across several systems development lifecycle phases.
- Strong understanding of testing processes.
- Selenium automation experience is preferred.
- Bachelor's or university degree required; master's degree preferred.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on assigned projects.
