Responsibilities
- Define requirements and deliver systems through design, programming, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with PDM, internal members, and upstream and downstream system teams.
- Monitor system stability and performance and optimize system performance.
- Design and maintain system architectures with emphasis on scalability and maintainability.
- Perform refactoring, optimization, troubleshooting, and incident response for large-scale online systems.
- Conduct performance, load, and stress testing when needed.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of Java/Spring Boot web application development experience covering both web and batch applications.
- At least 5 years of REST API design and development experience, with strong JUnit testing and code review skills.
- Experience operating large-scale online systems and handling incident response.
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle or MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with Tomcat or WebLogic.
- Experience with Git, Linux, Gradle, and CI/CD using Jenkins or similar tools.
- Practical experience with container architectures such as Docker and Kubernetes in system development.
- English communication skills; TOEIC score of 800 or equivalent ability is noted.
- Preferred experience leading scalable, maintainable system design and strategically guiding service direction.
- Preferred experience with Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Kibana, PHP application development, and Kubernetes environment setup.
- Kubernetes certification such as CKA or CKAD is preferred.
