Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with experienced engineers to design, build, and operate innovative customer products and services.
  • Break complex and ambiguous problems into well-defined components and implement scalable, reliable solutions.
  • Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, technical documentation, and validation of AI-generated code.
  • Write clean, maintainable code using software development best practices and design patterns.
  • Participate in development, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, production support, and on-call responsibilities.
  • Use GenAI and AI-powered tools to improve development productivity while critically evaluating their output.

Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years old and enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related STEM field.
  • Have experience with at least one general-purpose programming language such as Java, Python, C++, C#, Go, Rust, or TypeScript.
  • Have experience with data structure implementation, basic algorithm development, and/or object-oriented design principles.
  • Have experience using AI-assisted development tools in an academic or professional setting.
  • Be available to work at least 40 hours per week for a maximum 12-week internship and have at least one academic term remaining afterward.
  • Have an expected degree conferral date between October 2027 and September 2029.
  • Preferred qualifications include prior technical internships or project experience, AWS, SQL or NoSQL databases, open-source contributions, version control systems, and knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
