Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, testing, debugging, and delivery of medium-scale digital application features.
- Serve as a development lead and key decision maker in application design and implementation discussions.
- Analyze and resolve coding, application performance, design, defect, and root-cause issues.
- Define and improve coding, testing, debugging, implementation, test-plan, and software-quality standards.
- Manage system dependencies, runtime characteristics, maintenance needs, performance requirements, and upstream/downstream integrations.
- Coordinate development strategy and delivery across agile and waterfall projects, including risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and escalations.
- Collaborate with third-party technology and user-experience vendors on implementation plans and roadmaps.
- Improve development, architecture, delivery, production operations, and cross-team processes.
- Coach and train new team members and share technical knowledge through engineering forums and other sessions.
- Apply sound risk management, compliance, ethical judgment, and protection of company, client, and firm assets.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a product development or product management environment.
- Bachelor’s or university degree, or equivalent experience.
- In-depth application programming knowledge, including information modeling, data structures, algorithms, system integration, and software life-cycle considerations.
- Experience delivering work using an agile methodology.
- Experience leading infrastructure programs and affecting large-scale culture change.
- Experience working with third-party service providers.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, written, oral communication, influencing, and diplomacy skills.
- Data-driven, results-oriented approach and ability to work with substantial autonomy.
- Industry certifications are valued as evidence of advanced knowledge.
