Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer websites using Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C.
- Improve the sustainability, security, quality, and codebase of client web services.
- Deliver technical solutions across large and small digital projects for global clients.
- Work effectively within existing codebases and adapt coding style to project standards.
- Collaborate with global teams and accommodate European time zones.
- Participate in pager duty or a 24/7 support rotation.
- Anticipate challenges, solve problems, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C.
- Completion of at least one Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C project.
- Knowledge of JavaScript and Node.js.
- Experience with HTML, CSS, AJAX, and jQuery.
- Experience with MVC design patterns and SFRA.
- Basic knowledge of process modelling and software architecture.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Experience working effectively with global teams and across cultural and communication differences.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong stakeholder communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and project-management abilities.
- Flexibility to work European time zones and participate in pager duty or a 24/7 rotation.
