Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the development and evolution of the Process Intelligence dashboard and user-facing features built with React and TypeScript.
- Design and implement scalable, maintainable frontend architecture with a strong focus on performance and data visualization.
- Develop and maintain backend services in Python to support analytics, APIs, and data processing needs.
- Implement and integrate APIs between frontend and backend services, ensuring reliability and performance.
- Work with complex event log data and contribute to data transformation and processing pipelines.
- Optimize system performance and scalability across both frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate closely with product management, designers, and engineers in a fully remote, English-speaking team.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of code quality, architecture, and development practices.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in TypeScript development / Python (React, Django, Fast API frameworks).
- Strong experience building complex React/TypeScript enterprise applications using Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, and Tailwind CSS.
- Proficient in modern Python (3.10+) with strong experience in async programming and data modeling.
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or math.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies.
- Ability to manage workloads and conflicting priorities effectively.
