Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Agents Hub and high-availability multi-agent ecosystems.
- Define architecture patterns for scalability, parallelism, and failure handling.
- Ensure quality, security, and maintainability through code reviews and testing.
- Automate team development by integrating artificial intelligence tools.
- Resolve technical debt and bottlenecks and manage system observability.
- Document and explain complex technical decisions.
Requirements
- Experience with scalable backend systems, microservices, and asynchronous systems.
- Proficiency in Go, Python, or Java.
- Experience integrating language-model APIs and agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of relational databases, containers, orchestrators, and observability.
- Ability to document and explain complex technical decisions.
