Base Salary
$160k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship improvements and new capabilities across Playground, Model Garden, Fine-Tuning, File Management, Batch Processing, and Model Evals.
- Own projects and features end to end from data models and API integration through the user interface.
- Build clean, typed, reusable web application interfaces and contribute to frontend and full-stack quality through code review and architecture decisions.
- Instrument shipped work with product analytics, monitor system health, and use data to measure user value.
- Collaborate across design, product, and engineering to deliver user-focused features.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience building and shipping products to real users.
- Strong JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentals, with strong React expertise in a large-scale production environment.
- Full-stack fluency across data modeling, API design, state management, and user interfaces.
- Curiosity about AI and LLMs and the ability to improve agentic workflows with sound judgment.
- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, product analytics such as Amplitude, systems monitoring such as Grafana, CI/CD workflows, or backend languages such as Go or Python is a plus.
