Base Salary
$160k - $230k/yr
Responsibilities
- Ship improvements and new capabilities across core product surfaces.
- Own projects and features end-to-end, from data model to user interface.
- Collaborate closely with other engineers to build reusable interfaces.
- Instrument and measure shipped features with product analytics.
- Work across design, product, and engineering to unlock user value.
- Raise the bar on frontend and fullstack quality through code review.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience building and shipping real products.
- Strong JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals; TypeScript experience highly valued.
- Strong React expertise in a large-scale, production environment.
- Full-stack fluency from data model to UI design.
- A pragmatic approach to engineering based on user value.
- Curiosity about AI and LLMs.
- Adept at building agentic workflows with good judgment.
- Cross-functional 'we ship it' mentality.
- Experience with Next.js, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui is a plus.
- Familiarity with product analytics and systems monitoring is a plus.
- Experience with CI/CD workflows is a plus.
- Experience with a backend language like Go or Python.
