Responsibilities
- Develop innovative software solutions for digital transformation and business performance.
- Design and build the core intelligence and services layer of AI-powered enterprise applications.
- Develop scalable asynchronous backend services and own multi-agent LLM pipelines for document analysis, content generation, and RAG-based question answering.
- Build efficient backend systems and AI-driven applications in modular Python codebases.
- Collaborate with frontend, AI, and quality engineering teams to design, implement, and scale agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and data and job-processing infrastructure.
- Use agentic AI frameworks, vector databases, prompt engineering, and AI-assisted development tools.
- Work with LLM evaluation frameworks and support specification-led development with human approval gates.
- Build client connections and develop the ability to manage and inspire others.
Requirements
- 4+ years of strong backend software engineering experience with deep Python expertise, including async/await and asyncio.
- Hands-on experience building production services with FastAPI or similar asynchronous frameworks.
- Proficiency with SQL and SQLAlchemy 2.0, including relational data modeling.
- Experience designing modular, layered architectures using Clean Architecture and dependency injection principles.
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications and RAG pipelines, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and vector search.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Docker-based containerized environments.
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred experience building production LLM applications, RAG solutions, AI agents, and optimized multi-agent workflows.
- Preferred experience with vector databases, Azure services, LLM observability and evaluation tools, AI-assisted development tools, specification-driven development, and regulated or document-intensive domains.
