Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with or manage the team to perform project work.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to technical problems for the immediate team and other teams.
- Identify and implement process improvements that improve team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Design and implement scalable software components and integrate solutions across diverse platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with Veeva Vault.
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault is required.
- Experience with Java is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Experience designing and implementing scalable software components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with integrating software solutions across diverse platforms.
- Completion of 15 years of full-time education is required.
