Responsibilities
- Build and improve scalable products in collaboration with product engineering, Partnerships, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Design and build end-to-end systems and go-to-market strategies to address business and partnership needs.
- Develop and manage partner integrations with Meta platform products and create long-term plans grounded in business objectives.
- Communicate technical concepts to partners and internal stakeholders, resolve complex technical and business needs, and influence product roadmaps.
- Guide workflow changes, build stakeholder consensus, and drive solutions through project and partner engagements.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, mentor peers, and share technical knowledge.
- Influence decisions through data-centric presentations and serve as a subject matter expert on domain-level projects.
- Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members and travel as needed.
Requirements
- Experience as a software engineer building and shipping production-quality code.
- Experience shipping reliable, scalable, efficient, and maintainable software with appropriate reviews, milestones, documentation, and test plans.
- Experience with open-source languages such as PHP, Python, Java, or JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with software design and architecture.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience; the degree must be completed before joining.
- Experience capturing data at scale or using data analytics to drive decisions and measure impact.
- Preferred: client or partner-facing experience, open-source contributions, collaborative software development, developer and platform documentation, and work on multi-person codebases.
- Preferred: experience integrating AI tools, applying responsible and ethical AI practices, and developing skills in prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration, and emerging AI technologies.
