Responsibilities
- Contribute to the evolution and maintenance of the async task runner.
- Ensure systems remain reliable, efficient, and scalable.
- Evaluate and integrate new technologies to address emerging challenges.
- Debug live production systems with minimal disruption.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to respond to incidents.
- Collaborate with product engineers and other infra teams.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a software developer.
- Understanding of distributed systems and design tradeoffs.
- Ability to prioritize business impact and maintain long-term solutions.
- Comfortable taking ownership of ambiguous problems.
- Strong collaboration skills and customer empathy.
- Curiosity and willingness to adopt AI tools.
