Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI agents that solve engineering problems across the networking stack.
- Design and build reliable platforms, typed tool surfaces, cloud services, and supporting systems.
- Identify high-impact AI use cases across networking architecture teams and turn them into working solutions.
- Establish AI adoption best practices, guardrails, and evaluation methods.
- Build evaluation pipelines to measure and improve AI-agent behavior on production workloads.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant practical software development experience, including work on a large-scale software product.
- Advanced, demonstrable use of AI and agentic workflows in daily engineering work beyond standard coding assistant usage.
- Ability to learn quickly and work across codebases, domains, and teams.
- End-to-end ownership mindset and strong communication skills.
- Cloud-native development experience with containers, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Background in computer networking or HPC is preferred.
