Senior System Software Engineer - Signing Platform

Responsibilities

  • Own the Simple Signing Service for Israel-based teams during local hours by triaging, debugging, resolving, and escalating issues.
  • Review and deploy production fixes and address root causes in the platform to prevent recurring failures.
  • Onboard Networking and other Israel-based teams to signing and key-generation flows.
  • Develop AI-enabled self-service capabilities, including the 3S Copilot, MCP integrations, runbooks, and documentation.
  • Represent regional release calendars and bring-up achievements in platform planning.
  • Partner with US and India teams, Networking DevOps, and release management in Israel.
  • Help hire, interview, onboard, and mentor engineers as the local team grows.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Computer Science Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years building and operating production software with ownership of a service and on-call incident-response experience.
  • Strong hands-on engineering experience with Python, Java, Go, or similar technologies.
  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
  • Understanding of applied cryptography, including PKI, digital signatures, and key management, or the ability to quickly develop expertise in unfamiliar technical domains.
  • Clear English communication and sound judgment when keeping customers informed during incidents.
  • Preferred experience with code signing, HSMs, secure boot, or software supply chain security.
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA Networking release and build environments, including Gerrit, GitLab, Artifactory, firmware, and DOCA pipelines.
  • Experience using AI and agentic tooling to eliminate repetitive work.
