Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver new features for the emerging SaaS platform.
- Deliver infrastructure and customer-facing features.
- Build and extend backend services in a dockerized environment.
- Implement authentication protocols such as OIDC and WebAuthn.
- Build highly available, low-latency, multi-tenant identity management systems.
- Profile, load-test, and optimize services for performance and scalability under heavy, spiky traffic.
- Use AI-assisted development tools and help shape team adoption.
- Help define how AI agents are identified, authenticated, and trusted.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience developing complex web applications.
- Experience implementing scalable REST APIs and services from design through deployment.
- Backend development experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and Docker.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, query optimization, and data modeling at scale.
- Experience building high-throughput systems using caching, queuing, horizontal scaling, and graceful degradation.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding agents and LLM-based tools, including reviewing and validating their output.
- Familiarity with modern frontend frameworks including React, Angular, Vue, or Next.js.
- Ability to learn quickly and strong technical aptitude.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is advantageous.
- Understanding of microservices-based deployments and application log monitoring and tracing is advantageous.
- Experience with k6, Gatling, or JMeter and observability stacks such as OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or Grafana is advantageous.
