Base Salary
$90k - $130k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain web-based applications in on-premises and cloud environments.
- Provide architectural guidance on design patterns, best practices, and major application enhancements.
- Investigate and resolve application defects in test and production environments.
- Lead application production deployments and participate in production support.
- Collaborate with Business Partners and Product Owners to refine and estimate user stories.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior application developers.
- Create and maintain integrations between systems of medium to high complexity.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a Software Engineer working in an Agile environment, preferably Scrum.
- At least 3 years of professional SQL experience in a relational database environment and either 5 years with ASP.NET and Entity Framework under .NET Framework or .NET Core.
- At least 3 years of professional JavaScript and CSS experience.
- At least 3 years of experience with web frameworks such as Blazor/WebAssembly, React, Angular, or Bootstrap.
- At least 3 years of experience with unit-test frameworks such as xUnit.
- At least 2 years of experience building and deploying Docker images.
- Working knowledge of Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or MSMQ, and Kubernetes management tools such as Helm.
- At least 5 years of experience creating complex system integrations using technologies such as InterSystems IRIS for Health, ObjectScript, Caché, C#, Java, Python, Perl, Flynet, Summit Scripting Tool, and SQL, or experience with free-format RPGLE and embedded SQL-RPGLE.
- Experience with SQL, preferably IBM DB2, iSeries data and message queues, and iSeries subfiles is required under the stated alternative experience path.
- At least 3 years of experience with APIs and stored procedures.
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or information systems is required, with equivalent prior work experience considered.
- Healthcare or Healthcare IT, Azure, Azure DevOps, HL7, X12 EDI, Rhapsody, or Mirth experience is preferred.
