Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, QA teams, and technology leads to gather and analyze requirements and deliver IT solutions.
- Perform LoanIQ QA testing related to accounting, accruals, and servicing.
- Analyze business requirements and BRDs to extract testing requirements for a platform migration program.
- Create test strategies and test scenarios, execute certification scenarios, and identify automation opportunities.
- Support solution design, validation, implementation issue resolution, scalability, and architectural quality.
Requirements
- BE/BTech or MCA in IT, Computer Science, or any engineering discipline, or equivalent.
- Strong product functionality knowledge and experience in business or quality analysis and validation.
- Experience working in the lending domain is preferred.
- Banking or finance product knowledge, including LoanIQ, accounting, accruals, and servicing, is preferred.
- Ability to work with business analysts, development managers, architects, infrastructure teams, and developers to analyze requirements and implement solutions.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
