Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Design and optimize data pipelines and workflows for performance and scalability.
- Serve as an SME, manage team activities, and make decisions for the team.
- Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key technical decisions.
- Identify and implement software development best practices to improve productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support alignment with project goals.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software issues.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication for project execution and timely delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of professional experience is required.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is stated in the additional requirements.
- Proficiency with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform is required.
- Strong programming skills in languages commonly used with Databricks environments are required.
- Experience with distributed computing and big data processing frameworks is required.
- Ability to design and optimize scalable data pipelines and workflows is required.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions is required.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving complex software issues is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
