Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Act as a subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Provide solutions to technical problems for the immediate team and broader teams.
- Lead the identification and implementation of software design and development best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align teams and support timely project milestone delivery.
- Integrate, transform, and orchestrate data workflows while optimizing application performance and scalability.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience with the Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks and cloud-based data processing.
- Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and pipeline orchestration.
- Ability to optimize application performance and scalability in data analytics environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation for data workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to data platforms.
