Responsibilities
- Work on firm-wide cybersecurity defenses.
- Provide cybersecurity expertise and advice to other groups.
- Lead employee cybersecurity awareness efforts.
- Handle event analysis and incident response responsibilities.
- Build practical security solutions and automate cybersecurity work.
Requirements
- Strong scripting or programming ability and an interest in automating with a real programming language.
- Ability and desire to manage code and configuration in version control.
- Understanding of cybersecurity trade-offs, context, and threat modeling.
- Knowledge of personal cybersecurity hygiene, including password-manager concepts and security trade-offs.
- Awareness of current cybersecurity developments and the ability to distinguish relevant day-to-day threats from research demonstrations.
- Strong technical foundation and ability to build security solutions directly.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and ability to explain security practices to others.
- Fluency in English is required.
