Responsibilities
- Manage K3s and Kubernetes version management and disaster recovery.
- Identify and reproduce system issues, engage vendors, and drive root cause analysis and resolution.
- Support Zero Trust initiatives, including cluster network configuration, troubleshooting, device compliance remediation, and access-control policy optimization.
- Build and improve log-monitoring systems, alert rules, and trend analysis to surface system risks.
- Design and deploy AI Agent workflows for log analysis, alert triage, and automated incident remediation using multi-step agents and tool-calling.
- Drive security risk governance and improve system stability, compliance, and response efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, Network Engineering, or a related field.
- Three to five years of relevant experience.
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes and K3s, with the ability to diagnose cluster-level issues independently.
- Foundational security and Zero Trust knowledge, plus strong networking and connectivity troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude, Codex, or equivalent tools for log analysis, scripting, fault diagnosis, and documentation.
- Experience with DACS, NAC, or similar device access-control and risk-governance systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Loki is preferred.
- Hands-on AI Agent or tool-calling workflow experience is preferred.
- Experience collaborating with external vendors to resolve technical issues is preferred.
