Responsibilities
- Develop expertise in K3s / Kubernetes, including version management and disaster recovery.
- Engage with vendors to drive root cause analysis and resolution of system issues.
- Participate in Zero Trust initiatives and optimize access control policies.
- Build and improve log monitoring systems to surface system risks.
- Lead the adoption of AI Agents for log analysis and incident remediation.
Requirements
- Solid understanding of Kubernetes / K3s core concepts and cluster-level issue diagnosis.
- Foundational knowledge of security principles and the Zero Trust model.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for log analysis and scripting.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field with 3–5 years of experience.
- Experience with DACS / NAC or similar device access control systems is a plus.
