Responsibilities
- Configure and support packaged and SaaS applications while managing releases, compatibility, performance, and system stability.
- Implement and configure ServiceNow Sales and Order Management, Order Management, Order Orchestration, and Order Activation capabilities.
- Configure order decomposition, orchestration, fulfilment, activation workflows, products, bundles, promotions, pricing rules, and product catalogs.
- Support end-to-end transaction lifecycles across Opportunity, Quote, Order, Agreement, and Product Inventory.
- Map commercial products and services to technical products and services.
- Integrate ServiceNow SOM/SOMT and Logik CPQ with OSS/BSS and external systems using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, or middleware.
- Configure Logik CPQ product models, complex products, bundles, commercial offers, validation rules, dependencies, pricing logic, and quote-to-order handoffs.
- Troubleshoot CPQ integrations and refine features into user stories within Agile or SAFe delivery teams.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Mandatory hands-on ServiceNow experience, including ServiceNow Portal and ServiceNow SOM/SOMT implementation and configuration.
- Experience with order management, order orchestration, order activation, order decomposition, fulfilment, and activation workflows.
- Experience with Logik CPQ configuration, product modelling, pricing logic, and ServiceNow integration.
- Experience integrating with OSS/BSS, CRM, product catalog, provisioning, and external systems.
- ServiceNow CSA certification is required.
- ServiceNow CAD certification is required.
- Fluent English is required; German is a plus.
- Telecommunications industry experience and knowledge of order management, order activation, service fulfilment, product inventory, and service inventory are preferred.
- Hands-on Logik CPQ and ServiceNow SOMT integration experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of TM Forum standards, ServiceNow Playbook, IntegrationHub, and relevant ServiceNow or telecommunications certifications is preferred.
