Base Salary
$200k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead development and testing of system components and services.
- Conduct code and design reviews and participate in technical architecture decisions.
- Translate user stories into technical solutions and deliver highly available, scalable production services.
- Mentor other engineers, support technical culture, and help grow the team.
- Generate ideas for new initiatives and technologies.
- Collaborate with project leads, product managers, and software developers.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Three years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
- Proficiency in object-oriented programming, infrastructure-as-code, software design, and data structures.
- Experience with relational databases including PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Experience with Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Mockito, AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, Kibana, and Temporal.
- Experience with Git-based collaborative coding, testing, code reviews, and pull request management.
- Any suitable combination of education, training, and experience is acceptable.
