Responsibilities
- Own the design and evolution of packaged or SaaS solutions, including configuration, integrations, and releases.
- Design and develop scalable applications within SAP HANA environments using SAP ABAP.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, platform guidelines, and best practices.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex SAP ABAP issues.
- Collaborate with multiple technical and business teams and facilitate alignment on project goals.
- Act as an SME, manage team performance, make team decisions, and provide solutions spanning multiple teams.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is required.
- Experience designing and developing scalable applications within SAP HANA environments.
- Strong knowledge of integration techniques and tools for connecting packaged solutions with external systems.
- Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex SAP ABAP applications.
- Familiarity with release management processes and version control in software development.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education is required.
