Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and continually improve policies, processes, and procedures for consistent and reliable products and services.
- Prepare detailed test specifications for evaluating programs.
- Design, code, test, debug, and document application programs.
- Work across most phases of application systems analysis.
- Lead projects or research of moderate complexity and may be responsible for completing a project phase.
- Provide guidance, training, coaching, and work review to less experienced analysts, programmers, and other professionals.
Requirements
- Typically requires a degree and 5–8 years of experience.
- Applicants without a degree may qualify with 9–12 years of combined education and equivalent work experience.
- Requires advanced knowledge gained through education and work experience.
