Responsibilities
- Design, code, and enhance software components across systems and applications.
- Design and execute test plans for data warehouse ETL processes to verify data accuracy and integrity.
- Analyze data flows and identify risks or defects in data transformation pipelines.
- Collaborate with development and business teams to understand requirements and create test cases.
- Act as a subject matter expert, manage team activities, and make team-level decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems across immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support alignment with project goals.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in data warehouse ETL testing.
- Proficiency in data warehouse ETL testing, data validation, and quality assurance processes.
- Experience designing and executing comprehensive ETL test plans.
- Familiarity with ETL tools and platforms for testing and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze complex data flows and identify defects in data transformation pipelines.
- Ability to collaborate with development and business teams and translate requirements into test cases.
- 15 years of full-time education required.
