Base Salary
$140k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build enterprise-grade AI agents from the ground up.
- Work closely with the CTO and engineering team on AI and scalable backend systems.
- Talk to customers, understand their workflows, and translate them into robust agentic solutions.
- Implement cutting-edge AI capabilities in production.
- Work in person from the San Francisco office five days per week.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of consumer-facing engineering experience.
- Strong experience with backend systems and Python.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- High drive, grit, ownership, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment.
