Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and own production systems across agent orchestration, infrastructure, and the integrations runtime.
- Develop reliable systems for durable execution, self-healing integrations, and an improving knowledge base.
- Establish engineering patterns and foundations for the growing team.
- Work directly with the founders and ship frequently to production.
- Shape the overall technical system and foundation for future engineers.
Requirements
- Two to nine years of professional software engineering experience with repeated ownership of production systems from development through operation.
- Experience across agent platforms, infrastructure, and integration runtimes, with strong production-quality judgment while using AI coding agents.
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Bun, Effect-TS, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, and AWS.
- A completed or in-progress engineering, computer science, or quantitative degree from a top technical university.
- Startup experience as a founder whose company raised outside funding or hired a full-time employee, or as an engineer at a venture-backed pre-seed through Series A startup.
- Early-stage technology experience rather than solely large-company, enterprise, consulting, agency, or non-tech experience.

- Base salary of $150,000 to $250,000 USD annually.
