Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows.
- Build and maintain secure Salesforce integrations with internal and external systems using REST, SOAP, Bulk APIs, and related integration patterns.
- Develop and maintain complex declarative automations and optimize scalable Salesforce architecture.
- Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, unit testing, debugging, and quality assurance.
- Use Salesforce CLI, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment workflows to deliver changes.
- Maintain technical documentation, system auditing evidence, and integration and customization processes.
- Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and provide guidance to junior team members and administrators.
Requirements
- 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator, specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Expert proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Salesforce REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs and Salesforce security models, including profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and roles.
- Experience with unit testing, debugging, and automated testing frameworks such as Provar.
- Experience with Salesforce CLI, GitHub, and CI/CD tools.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer, or System/Application Architect certification is preferred.
- Exposure to Salesforce Community Cloud or Experience Cloud, familiarity with Agentforce, and knowledge of distributed system and integration architecture patterns are preferred.
